Owner of Westland Contractors Inc., Neil Hunt, grew up in the industry. Having always wanted to run an underground construction company of his own, he finally had the experience and capital to undertake this endeavor. First step was to rent an office where Westland Contractors Inc. could have a permanent address with accessibility to the entire San Francisco Bay Area. Articles of Incorporation were filed with California Secretary of State in July 2016 and the company was incorporated on July 29, 2016. From here Westland Contractors Inc. was able to apply for the licenses, insurance and bonding necessary to work as an A General Engineering licensed contractor.
Since its inception Westland Contractors Inc., has worked on a variety of infrastructure projects including sewer and water, using both the open cut and trenchless method.
